  • How can I place an order on boutique.musee-rodin.fr/en?
  • The Customer places an order for one or several products offered for sale on the Rodin online store. The procedure for placing an order online consists of the following stages: Shopping basket / Identification / Address / Delivery / Confirmation / Payment. If the bank concerned refuses to authorize payment, the order is automatically cancelled.
    Once the payment has been made, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the order. The confirmation e-mail acknowledges the receipt of the order. This e-mail proves that the order has been placed and the Seller advises the Customer to keep it.

  • What is the 3 d secure system?
  • 3D Secure is called "Verified by Visa" by Visa, and "MasterCard Secure Code" by MasterCard.
    This system was invented to avoid NOC (No Card Present) fraud schemes, that is to say the fraudulent payments using stolen credit card (card numbers were stolen, for example).

    For a 3D Secure payment to be made, you must have a 3DSecure card and the website must support 3D Secure too.
    Most of the new credit cards support 3DSecure.
    For the older cards,switching 3DSecure may be automatic, or your bank will ask you to sign an addendum to your contract.

    When performing an online purchase with 3DSecure, you will need to enter the card number, expiration and security code and after entering these information, you will be redirected to the website of your bank for authentication.

    You will be asked to enter additional information to prove that you are the owner of the card.
    Each bank is free to choose the authentication method. Among these are:
    a classic password.
    an electronic device (generates a code for each transaction).
    a code sent by SMS
    and many more ...
    Can you pay by other systems?

    You can pay by another way, with or "old system" (also with credit card). It's easy.

    You wil have to print a document I will send you, to fill the form and to sent back to me the document by scan or fax.

  • When does my order will be sent?
  • So as to ship the fast and safely, the Musée Rodin works with AXE Solutions, a leader in the distribution of museum gifts.


    To be concrete, your order is sent the day after the payment. The orders passed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are all sent on Monday morning.
